Day 269 ~ When Did That Happen?

Slow down buddy, stop growing up so fast!
Today is one of those days when you wonder where the time has gone.
As I was watching Mack cut the grass tonight I found myself remembering a great day, 10 years ago.
Watching him push the lawn mower today with headphones on listening to his iPod, brought me back to when he was 2 pushing a plastic bubble blowing lawn mower.

Day 267 ~ Java

I couldn't leave this box of K-Cups at the store. I just knew it was going to be yummy!
And worst case scenario...I figured...if I didn't like it, I could always add a shot of Bailey's to it. Bailey's fixes every cup of java.

Day 266 ~ Not A Sunny Sunday!

A cold blah kinda day.
The sun would peek out for a bit and then before you knew it, it was raining or sleeting again.
I tried to get a photo of the sleet bouncing off the deck rail. This was the best I could get. :(

Day 265 ~ Hoarders

I'm in the midst of a major clean up/clean out! My OCD is in overdrive right now and, I feel this incredible urge to get rid of 'junk' no longer being used and just collecting dust.
As I'm going through stuff room by room, I can't help but to think of that show hoarders. So far I've donated a huge bag of clothes, a box of toys, I've listed a few items to sell, and 5 garbage bags full for the dump. I'll save you the photo of the junk pile and, instead I give you the organized construction paper after my craft supplies were cleaned up.

Tonight is the finally of Big Brother and the premiere of Survivor!
Party at the Thompson house tonight!
Great friends, tasty food, and one hell of a good time!
Oh, and there may have been a little wine and beer too. (I just noticed the wine glass in the photo)

Another morning in the kitchen has resulted in an awesome Sunday dinner.
Home made Beef Stew and a loaf of home made bread.
I'm slowly but surely fattening us up for the winter.
